Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) undertook major maintenance works on a failing retaining wall on the west bank of the Humber River adjacent to a weir in Home Smith Park, Toronto. The major maintenance work has provided long-term protection to adjacent parkland and public infrastructure.

- Project planning and detailed design development
- Obtaining permits and approvals
- Construction of armourstone wall and vegetated buttress as per detailed designs
- Post-construction restoration (trees, shrubs, terraseeding, and bench installation)
