At TRCA, community engagement is a critical component of developing a sustainable city region.
We are shifting our education and stewardship delivery approach to a community engagement and learning model. This represents a move away from a program-specific delivery model to an integrated learning model where specific community needs are addressed through thoughtful planning, engagement and service delivery.
When you get involved with TRCA, you’ll connect with other people like you who share an interest in taking action. From hands-on demonstrations and workshops, to tree plantings and community clean-ups, you’ll be taking part in efforts with immediate and positive impact on the environment.
With so many ways to get involved, you can choose the program that suits you best, and work with others in your community to make a difference that will last for generations.
