Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is a registered charity, established under the Conservation Authorities Act and governed by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors elects an Executive Committee every two years from among its members. The Board of Directors may also establish advisory boards and committees as it considers appropriate.
The Board of Directors and Executive Committee usually meet monthly, with a summer and winter hiatus.
The public may attend all meetings of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and advisory boards. VIEW THE MEETING SCHEDULE.
