How Do I Use My Membership Pass?

Once you’ve purchased your membership through the TRCA Shop, a digital membership card will be sent to the email address you entered in the checkout form.

You can present your digital membership card when you arrive at TRCA facilities, using either your smartphone or other mobile device, or a printed copy.

Per our Terms of Use, Memberships are non-transferable. Please do not share your membership card with others (or, in the case of Family Memberships, with others outside your household).

Proof of identity may be requested upon arrival. TRCA reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership if it is found to have been misused.

What If I Want to Buy a Membership Pass as a Gift?

If you wish to give a Membership Pass as a gift, please purchase a Gift Voucher.

When you make the purchase, you will receive via email a voucher containing a code, which can be sent to the person you wish to gift a membership to.

The gift voucher itself cannot be used as a membership pass at TRCA facilities: it must first be redeemed online.

To redeem the voucher, the gift recipient just needs to visit TRCA Shop and follow the usual steps for purchasing a membership. When they proceed to checkout, they will enter the voucher code to receive a 100% discount on the membership fee.

Gift recipients must fill out all required fields on the checkout form, including email address, to receive the digital membership card.
