A multitude of studies have shown that connecting with nature and engaging in forest walks can boost the immune system, improve mood and increase the ability to focus.
In this immersive program, participants will explore a variety of habitats while sharing personal experiences, gain an appreciation for what the natural world is constantly offering, and get back to their animal selves through sensory challenges and games.
