Basic Package:
The cost of your visit includes accommodations, meals, programs led by Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) certified teachers (including evening programming), and the use of equipment related to your programming.
Payment:
A deposit of $500.00 is required within eight weeks of your registration. Please note this booking will not be confirmed until a deposit is received. Your school will be invoiced after your visit based on the number of students who attend, with the minimum charge based on 20 participants.
Cheques are payable to TRCA: 5 Shoreham Drive, Toronto, ON M3N 1S4. Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted by phone, referencing the booking ID, at (416) 661-6600.
Cancellation Policy:
There is no penalty if notification is received more than eight weeks before your visit. Your deposit will be forfeited if you notify us of your cancellation less than eight weeks prior to your visit date. The full fee will be charged if you notify us of your cancellation seven business days or fewer prior to your scheduled visit date.
If a strike, work-to rule or public health emergency is in place and inhibits the participants to attend on a scheduled visit, every attempt will be made to re-schedule within the current school year. Should that not be possible, we will refund, in full, any monies that have been paid to us.
