Bike the Creek is a FREE event aimed at encouraging people of all ages to discover the joys of cycling.

Discover the spectacular valleys, trails and historic landmarks, urban, and rural settings of Brampton, Mississauga, and Caledon.

You can sign up for free throughout the entire month of June to participate and win great prizes. Follow the trail at your own pace!

Register today to gain access to the Bike the Creek trail map and exclusive family fun activities, and to be entered into a draw to win swim and skate passes, Conservation Parks day passes, and bike accessory prize packs!

How to Participate in the Virtual
Bike the Creek Event

STEP 1: Register for FREE between June 9 and 30, 2021 and you will automatically be entered into the random draw to win great prizes!

STEP 2: Receive an email with the route maps, Google map link and other fun information about the event.

STEP 3: Get cycling!! Cycle as many routes as many times as you like!

STEP 4: Tell us about your experience! Take a selfie along the routes and post to your social media accounts between June 9 and 30! Don’t forget to use the #bikethecreek21 hashtag to be entered to win a Conservation Parks pass!



We are asking all Bike the Creek participants to make safety a priority when cycling. Follow the rules of the road and practice trail etiquette.

Remember to check that your bike is in good working order, practice social distancing, and have fun! Helmet use with fastened chin strap is strongly encouraged, and is mandatory for those under 18. Parents have a duty to ensure helmet use for children under 16.

This is a ZERO WASTE event! Deposit your litter or take home for recycling.


For a non-emergency or to report an incident on the trails, please do the following:

Bike the Creek Town Riders Please Note:

The section of the Bike the Creek Town Ride along Olde Base Line Road between Kennedy Rd and Heart Lake Rd. will be under construction during the Bike the Creek event.

The road will not be closed, but expect temporary shoulder and lane restrictions to be in effect from June 9 to approximately June 18.

Exercise additional caution while passing through these sections. Follow all road rules and instructions by the construction crew. If necessary, be prepared to dismount and walk your bicycle through the construction area.
