Bolton Resource Management Tract (BRMT) is a 973-hectare Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) property in Peel Region.

Located along the main branch of the Humber River, and partially within the Oak Ridges Moraine, BRMT is a mix of rolling terrain, forests and wetlands. The property is a valuable environmental, recreational and educational resource for the Greater Toronto Area.

Edelweiss Bridge Refurbishment Project 2026

We are refurbishing a key Trail bridge on the Humber Valley Heritage Trail (HVHT) within the Bolton Resource Management Tract. The works are due to start Feb 2nd ( WEATHER DEPENDENT) and are due to be completed by the end of April 2026. During this period the Trail mapped in red (see the map below) will be closed between the Glasgow Rd entrance and the access off English Rose Lane.
