Can I have a campfire or use fireworks?
- Campfires are permitted in designated campsites with a valid permit. All local municipalities also have by-laws prohibiting fires outside of registered campsites. In many cases, there is no reliable source of water to safely extinguish a fire so please enjoy your campfire responsibly.
- Fireworks are not permitted in TRCA parks to protect wildlife and reduce the risk of uncontrolled fire.
