Claireville’s Outdoor Education Centre also offers an indoor space for lunch breaks, washrooms, and inclement weather!

July 6-10, 2026: WILDLIFE WONDERS – Day Camp
Uncover the wonders of nature and get up close to fascinating insects, mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians! Through exciting games, crafts, and hands-on activities, we explore animal behavior, unique adaptations, and the amazing senses that help wildlife survive. Every day brings new discoveries!

July 13-17, 2026: WILDERNESS SURVIVAL- Day Camp
Explore the different natural areas on the property and learn outdoor wilderness survival skills! Have fun building shelters from natural materials, safely lighting and managing campfires, and developing confidence in other essential outdoor skills through fun and engaging games and activitIes.

Unleash your creativity at Nature Art Camp! We will turn the forest into our studio as we draw and sketch life in the forest, make earth art, paint landscapes, and create clay sculptures. Every day brings new opportunities to create, explore and express. No experience necessary to participate; all materials and instruction provided.

Campers will spend the week learning to supercharge their senses and spy on nature. During this camp we will track animals, learn how to use binoculars, play camouflage games, and become stealthy spies moving silently and spying into the secret lives of animals.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received by Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) more than 30 days before the start of the camp program will receive a 75% refund of the relevant program fees paid. Cancellation requests received by TRCA less than 30 days before the start of the camp program do not qualify for a refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There is no refund for camp days missed or children opting not to participate in activities. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to vservices@trca.ca. Minimum registration numbers required for camp to operate. In the event TRCA must cancel the camp due to low registration or government order, a full refund will be issued.
