The Ravine Youth Team is a student internship program that aims to engage youth in restoring Toronto’s ravines while providing enhanced employment opportunities within the environmental sector.
The program provides opportunities to learn about the ravines, develop job-related and professional development skills, and explore career opportunities in the environmental sector with City of Toronto, TRCA, and other potential employers.
TRCA is hiring two Crew Leads and 6 Crew Members for the 2025 cohort!

This position is funded by the City of Toronto through the Ravine Strategy. Funding stipulates that candidates must live in the City of Toronto and priority will be given to those living in Neighborhood Improvement Areas.
