Eligibility
1. The prize giveaways offered as part of the West Bolton SNAP Green Home Program are limited to residents of the West Bolton SNAP neighbourhood (see map 1).
2. Residents of the West Bolton SNAP neighbourhood (see map 1) who participate in Toronto and Region Conservation Authority’s (TRCA) Green Home Program by booking and completing a one-on-one home consultation or a self-guided survey by October 30, 2024 are eligible to receive one FREE incentive of their choice and be entered into a draw for prizes offered as part of the program.
Past participants of the Green Home Program home consultations or self-guided surveys are eligible to be entered into the draw for prizes offered for this year’s program. Past program participants who enter the draw are not able to receive a prize if they have received the same prize as part of the Green Home Program in the past.
3. Residents of the West Bolton SNAP neighbourhood (see map 1) who attend workshops as part of TRCA’s Green Home Program are eligible to be entered into an additional draw for a workshop door prize upon workshop registration and participation.
Contest Entries
4. Participants from the West Bolton SNAP neighbourhood (see map 1) receive one FREE incentive of their choice upon completing a one-on-one consultation or self-guided survey, and must meet additional eligibility criteria. Prizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Only one free incentive of choice per one-on-one consultation or self-guided survey per address is permitted. TRCA reserves the right to disqualify entries that are deemed fraudulent or entries that exceed limitations set out herein
5. Participants from the West Bolton SNAP neighbourhood (see map 1) receive one prize draw entry for each raffle prize upon completing a one-on-one consultation or self-guided survey, and must meet additional eligibility criteria. Only one raffle entry per one-on-one consultation or self-guided survey per address is permitted per draw. TRCA reserves the right to disqualify entries that are deemed fraudulent or entries that exceed limitations set out herein.
6. Attendees of Green Home Program workshops from the West Bolton SNAP neighbourhood (see map 1) who are eligible for door prize incentives receive one entry per prize upon meeting the eligibility criteria. Only one entry per address is permitted per draw. TRCA reserves the right to disqualify entries that are deemed fraudulent or entries that exceed limitations set out herein.

Prize Rules
7. Incentives available to eligible West Bolton SNAP Green Home Program participants for booking and completing a one-on-one consultation or completing a self-guided survey are listed below. Each incentive will have a $65 to $100 value.

- Evolve or Viva Earth Refillery gift card
- Albion Hills Community Farm produce box
8. Raffle prizes (including their estimated retail value) available to eligible West Bolton SNAP Green Home Program participants for booking and completing a one-on-one consultation or completing a self-guided survey are listed below.

9. Raffle prize winners will be randomly selected through a draw that includes all online and/or in-person entries. Once submitted, entries will remain active until the end of the draw. Only one prize of the same kind will be issued per address.
10. Residents cannot receive the same prize as in previous years (2019-2023).
11. All prizes must be planted and/or installed on the property within the West Bolton SNAP neighbourhood boundary (see map 1); proof (photo) required.
12. Eligible participants of Green Home Program one-on-one consultations or self-guided surveys from the West Bolton SNAP neighbourhood (see map 1) who are eligible for raffle prize incentives will be entered into a prize draw upon consultation booking and completion. The raffle prize must be accepted within 48 hours of notification by email. The prize will be issued by delivery and redeemed at a mutually agreed time.
13. Eligible participants of Green Home Program one-on-one consultations or self-guided surveys from the West Bolton SNAP neighbourhood (see map 1) who are eligible for the one free incentive of their choice may choose the incentive upon consultation booking and completion. The one incentive of choice must be accepted within 48 hours of notification by email. The incentive will be issued by delivery and redeemed at a mutually agreed time.
Odds of Winning
14. Odds of winning winning in the prize draw will vary depending on the number of submissions per draw as received by TRCA and the number of prizes available.
General Rules
15. Prizes are available to be claimed by selected winners upon notification from TRCA and will be delivered to each selected winner.
16. A prize claimant may be required to show identification in order to claim their prize. If identification cannot be provided, TRCA reserves the right to retract prize offerings.
17. All prize winners must successfully answer a skill testing question to redeem their prize.
18. Prize claimant must be a resident of Canada and a resident of the West Bolton SNAP neighbourhood.
19. Employees of TRCA are not eligible to participate in this contest.
20. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and all decisions of TRCA which are final.
21. Prizes must be accepted by prize claimant as awarded and not convertible to cash value.
22. Each confirmed winner will be notified by email. By participating in this contest, confirmed winners are deemed to have consented to the disclosure of their personal information to TRCA for the limited use of delivery of prizes.
23. TRCA is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or misdirected prize claims.
24. TRCA reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the draw at any time, if it deems the draw cannot be run as originally planned or for any other occurrence compromising the fairness or integrity of the draw.
