Celebrate the sweetest season of the year with your class at the Claireville Outdoor Education Centre! Students will connect with nature as they explore the diversity of maple trees and discover what makes the sugar maple so special.
Through hands-on activities, students will learn how sap is collected and transformed into syrup over an open fire and experience a taste of this Canadian tradition.
This is not your typical maple syrup festival: it is an interactive and educational program that highlights the cultural and ecological importance of the maple tree.
