Certification: Advanced Training in a Technique
During this half-day Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) certification course, students will be guided through the fundamentals of customer service.
The goal of the program is to orient students to the main ideas and skills required to provide customer service.
The end result will lead students to a better understanding of what is expected of them while working in a customer service field, and will give them a chance to practice these skills in a role-playing scenario.
