    5. To join the program you must be available for the following program activities:

    VIRTUAL GROUP TRAINING/WEBINARS
    Dates:
    May 23 and 30, June 6, 20, and 27, July 4, 11, and 18, 2026

    INDIVIDUAL ONLINE MODULES
    Self-paced e-learning training modules on job searching, corporate culture, and communication: 10 hours. Exact dates will be confirmed during your interview.

    PROJECT PLACEMENT
    Group project/work placement learning experience. Exact dates will be confirmed during your interview.

    NETWORKING
    One informal networking event with a local environmental group. Exact dates will be confirmed during your interview.

    EMPLOYMENT COACHING
    One-on-one employment coaching sessions with Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) staff coordinators: six hours.
