Where Are They Now? The Winter Ecology of Migratory Birds

Experience the continent-spanning journey of migratory birds and follow them from our backyards to the distant tropics and beyond.

Discover how they get there, what compels them to make their epic journeys, and catch a glimpse of their lives down south.

This event is intended for a general audience:

  • Includes intermediate concepts
  • Content intended for older youth and adults

The event will run rain or shine, but will be canceled if there is a chance of thunderstorms or other hazardous weather. Registrants will be emailed by 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event if there is a cancelation.

This event is part of a series of educational birding programs taking place at Tommy Thompson Park this winter and is generously funded by the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation.
