It’s hard to believe this is February, what with temperatures creeping up into the double digits lately.

In this unseasonably warm weather, the ice built up along the banks of local rivers is becoming unstable. As The Weather Network‘s Kevin Yarde learned from TRCA Senior Water Resources Engineer Rehana Rajabali, this makes walking on the river’s edge a dangerous endeavour.
