Expert instructor Peter Wiinholt will share the many survival skills he has learned over more than 50 years of wilderness experience. The workshop will introduce you to building cover winter shelters including the Quinzhee, snow coffin and igloo. Additional topics may include, fire lighting and building in snow, winter sources of food, direction finding and emergency snow shoes.
