What Can You Host?

Our park spaces are versatile and adaptable. Most of our parks can accommodate events ranging from intimate community gatherings to larger festivals and celebrations, with capacities of approximately 2,000 to 3,000 attendees depending on the type, layout, and operational requirements of the event. How It Works

Booking a TRCA park space is simple. Here’s the process from start to finish:

1 Choose Your Space
Browse our six park venues and select the one that best matches your event’s size and atmosphere.
2 Submit a Request
Complete our event inquiry form with your preferred dates, expected attendance, and event details. Our team will review your request and follow up regarding permits and any requirements specific to your chosen park.
3 Host Your Event
Arrive, set up, and enjoy — our staff will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.
