Through a PowerPoint presentation, an examination of food packaging and a guided discussion, students consider how their eating habits affect the natural environment and how they can reduce their eco-footprint by buying locally and supporting sustainable agricultural practices.
Preparation:
Screen for PowerPoint presentation and LCD projector set-up if possible.
Available year-round.
