Join us in celebration as we unveil the latest section of multi-use trail in The Meadoway!
Discover the importance of The Meadoway, learn about the benefits of active transportation, and enjoy interactive learning stations while exploring the beautiful new trail.
Activities will include:
- Catching and getting an up-close look at bumblebees with Bumble Bee Watch
- Collecting seeds and learning about native plants
- Creating temporary sidewalk art to celebrate active transportantion
- Taking selfies at our pollinator photo station
- … and more!
While pre-registration is not required, we encourage you to register to receive notifications on the status of this event.
We encourage everyone to take their favourite form of active transportation to the event, whether it’s biking, walking, or skating!
This event is perfect for participants of all ages, so bring your family and friends for Meadoway fun, discovery, and healthy activity!
Cancellation Policy: This event will run rain or shine, but will be cancelled if there is a greater than 70% chance of thunderstorm or other hazardous weather. Some activities may be modified or cancelled based on weather conditions. Registrants will be emailed by 10:00 a.m. on the morning of the event if there is a cancellation.
