Join Toronto and Region Conservation Authority’s (TRCA) Youth Council as they host TurtleFest 2025: a fun-filled day celebrating our shelled friends!
Come to beautiful Heart Lake Conservation Park to learn about turtle conservation efforts, enjoy the beauty of the park, and connect with like-minded individuals.
Get ready for interactive exhibits, meet and greet with turtles and other native Ontario species courtesy of Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre and Scales Nature Park, enjoy drumming and Indigenous story telling with Four Colours Drum Circle, explore the conservation and nest protector programs run by Heart Lake Turtle Troopers, and more!
This is a family-friendly event open to all ages. Light refreshments will be served.
Please note this event is FREE, but proof of registration is required for free admission to Heart Lake Conservation Park on this day. Please be prepared to show your Eventbrite ticket at the entrance of the park.
