Join us for an evening stroll through the surrounding wetlands and meadows and learn about the trees that live here within the Valley. Please meet at the Quarry Terrace, on the park side of the Children’s Garden at Evergreen Brick Works.
The park has a rich diversity in species and we’ll explore what makes them unique as well look for signs of wildlife. Who’s perching, hiding, burrowing and eating the trees around us.
On the walk, we’ll share copies of the Toronto Region Conservation Authority’s new Living City Report Card map for the Lower Don.
This will be a tree-rific way to spend your Wednesday evening.
