This Forest Therapy Walk, led by Ameeta Dudani, is a gentle experience in nature. The aim is to get you out of your head, to get to know yourself better, and learn to more easily switch from the busy “doing” (reactive) move to “being” (responsive) mode. In Forest Therapy, “The guide opens the door & the forest is the therapist.” Each session will end with a tea ceremony.

The important part is showing up dressed for the weather (comfortable outdoor clothing, good footwear, rain gear, & extra layers, as we will be moving very, very slowly) and with a water bottle.
