Monarch in Migration

Join us for an evening at the Claremont Nature Centre and learn about the wonders of the Monarch Butterfly and other amazing migrators of Southern Ontario. We will create take-home habitats that you can place in your backyards to help protect these beautiful migrators!

This event is recommended for families with children ages seven and up.

• What to wear: Long pants, closed-toed shoes, tall socks, hat and sunscreen.
• What to bring: Rain protection, bug spray, reusable water bottle and snacks.
• Cancellation policy: The event will run rain or shine, but will be cancelled if there is a greater than 70% chance of thunderstorm or other hazardous weather. Registrants will be emailed by 7:00am on the morning of the event if there is a cancellation.
