Experience a Night Out at Lake St. George!

Start your evening with a horse drawn wagon ride down the forested laneway. Come indoors and meet historical characters, sip festive cocktails and enjoy exceptional appetizers and desserts. Tour the tree lit grounds and discover the natural beauty of this property. Visit our local holiday marketplace to purchase stocking stuffers. Enjoy holiday carolers around the outdoor bonfire, and delight in the spirit of Christmas! Must be 19 years of age or older.

Parking and Wagon Pick Up at Swan Lake Centre, 1229 Bethesda Side Rd, Richmond Hill


  • Saturday December 1: 6 pm, 7 pm and 8 pm
  • Saturday December 15: 6 pm, 7 pm and 8 pm   Sold out!

Wagon ride to Lake St. George is approximately 30 minutes, with bus shuttles provided on return. The total event experience is approximately 2.5 hours.


  • $50

Guests must be 19 years of age or older. All ticket sales are final. Tickets include appetizers, desserts, a festive drink (beer, wine or hard cider) and fireside refreshments. Additional drink tickets will be available for purchase. This event will take place rain, snow or shine. In the event of extreme weather conditions, guests will be contacted with a notice of cancellation.

Please note that guests will be walking outdoors at night on uneven surfaces, including wood chip trails and gravel walkways that do not easily accommodate mobility devices. Guests are asked to wear sturdy footwear and dress warmly for winter weather. TRCA is committed to creating an accessible experience for all guests. Lake St. George is a stunning conservation property in Richmond Hill. Only open for special events and guided programs, this exclusive site is yours to discover this holiday season! The beautiful kettle lake on site is surrounded by large expanses of forests and meadows that invite exploration through trails. Historical buildings from early French and British settlers are animated and evoke feelings of Christmas traditions.
