Learn how you can support your students in choosing an active route to school, how to make links between what they see or encounter on their journey to school with what you are doing in the classroom and how to make the whole thing a ton of fun!

We’ll help you navigate some of the barriers and will demonstrate the countless benefits to you and your students. You’ll leave with an armful of resources valued over $100 and a renewed enthusiasm to get active every day.

Every year, the Peel EcoSchools Program, an initiative of Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), provides EcoLead teachers across Peel Region with teacher professional development opportunities.

Who is eligible to attend?
Teachers within Peel District School Board (PDSB) or Dufferin Peel Catholic District School Board (DPCDSB) in Peel Region.

Where is the workshop taking place?
This is an in-person workshop hosted at Albion Hills Field Cetre in Caledon, ON.
