Learn all about Toronto’s biggest new greenspace, The Meadoway, and what you can do to help create it.

Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) and partners are working to convert an underused hydro corridor into a flourishing natural meadow. When it is completed, a 16 km stretch of naturalized park will connect downtown Toronto to Rouge National Urban Park.

In this workshop, the TRCA will explain why The Meadoway matters and how it will enhance the landscape for people, plants, and animals!

Presented as part of Toronto Public Library’s Our Fragile Planet program series.

Free program. To register or for more information, please contact the branch at 416.396.8935, or the presenter at 416.268.3385.
