the harvest season with bygone-era fun!
October 8 and 9, 2022
11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Take part in traditional farm activities, including butter making and candle dipping. Enjoy a field-to-fork tour, then get hands-on with the preservation methods of yesteryear — including pickling and apple drying.
Enjoy spirited competition, including an old-fashioned spelling bee, blue ribbon relay races, and our annual vegetable judging competition. And test your skills at our Fairground Fun Zone, featuring colourful carnival games and unique optical toys.
At our “As Seen at Black Creek” popup exhibit, get hold of century-old gadgets and gizmos designed to make 19th-century living a breeze.
Take part in a cozy adventure by exploring our Textile Trail, trying your hand at the age-old skills necessary to go from sheep to cloth.
Enjoy all this and more down-home fun on a crisp autumn day.
