Conservation Youth Corps – Oakbank Pond Garden Maintenance

Are you a high school student hoping to obtain community service hours while helping to create habitat for wildlife and combat climate change?

Participants at Oakbank Pond Park will take part in garden maintenance (pulling pesky weeds!), removal of invasive plant species, and litter clean-up (if needed).

Registration is required; walk-ins will not be accepted.

This event will run rain or shine, but will be cancelled if there is extreme weather. Registrants will be emailed two hours prior to the event if there is a cancellation.

• What to wear: Long pants, closed-toed shoes, tall socks, hat, and sunscreen.
• What to bring: Rain protection, bug spray, reusable water bottle, and snacks.
