Get outside and volunteer with TRCA!

Learn about songbird migration, the importance of Tommy Thompson Park as a migratory stopover location, and threats songbirds face along their journey, including Common Burdock – an invasive plant with Velcro-like burs that can trap small birds.

Together we will trim, and bag Common Burdock burs found on Peninsula A in an effort to mitigate this threat at the park.
