Bumblebee Watch

Join us at the Claremont Nature Centre on Saturday July 15 to be trained in how to safely catch and release bumble bees and ID different species, while learning about all things bee!

Once trained, we invite volunteers to come back to Claremont throughout the summer to be on our official Bumble Bee Watch and share any findings.

Last year our volunteers found a number of bee species, including two species at risk (the American Bumble Bee and the Yellow-Banded Bumble Bee).
