Discover the fascinating world of bats! Learn all about these interesting creatures and help build a bat box for the Oak Ridges Corridor Conservation Reserve (ORCCR). Afterwards, we’ll venture into the park on an evening walk to record bats flying above using a special bat detector!

  • Surface Type: Crushed limestone and boardwalk

This event will take place rain or shine. Please dress for the weather, including long pants and closed-toe shoes. You will be notified if the hike needs to be cancelled due to extreme weather. Parking and washrooms are available at this site.
