Public Consultation

Members of the public, agencies, Aboriginal communities and other interested persons are encouraged to actively participate in the Scarborough Waterfront Project planning process.

Stakeholders may take part in consultation opportunities, contact project staff directly with comments or questions, and attend Public Information Centres for the project.

Public consultation opportunities will be advertised on the project website, in local newspapers, and through the project mailing list.

There are two phases to the Scarborough Waterfront Project, the first being the Terms of Reference phase and the second is the Environmental Assessment phase. For a summary of the public consultation that was undertaken for each phase, click on the below boxes.
